Terms and Conditions
Website Terms and Conditions of Use
Last Updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.texasdentalcenter.com (the "Website"), operated by Texas Dental Clinics LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Texas Dental Center ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
This Website is provided for informational and communication purposes related to dental services offered by Texas Dental Center.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
2. No Medical or Dental Advice
The content on this Website — including service pages, patient education articles, FAQs, cost guides and estimators — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical or dental advice and is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dentist.
- No dentist–patient relationship is created by use of this Website
- Diagnosis and treatment require an in-person examination by a licensed dental professional
- Always consult a qualified dentist regarding your specific dental condition
- In an emergency, call our office or 911
3. Appointments and Communications
Submitting an appointment request, referral, or contact form through the Website does not guarantee an appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication with our office.
Operation, Hours, and Availability
Texas Dental Center strives to maintain accessible hours for our patients; however, operational hours, emergency availability, and staffing are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to maintenance, unforeseen facility emergencies, holidays, or scheduling adjustments. We make no guarantees that the office will be open during standard posted hours if unexpected circumstances arise.
4. Prices, Estimates and Promotions
Prices on this Website — including starting prices, monthly payment examples, cost estimators, saved, printed or emailed estimates, and promotional offers — are general estimates for information and planning only. They are not a quote, an offer to contract, or a guarantee of the fee for your treatment.
- Advertised prices are minimum (starting) fees for qualifying, uncomplicated cases. Your fee may be higher.
- Your exact cost depends on factors that can only be known after an examination by a licensed dentist, such as X-rays and 3D imaging, the condition of your teeth, gums and bone, your medical history, the number and complexity of procedures, materials and laboratory work, anesthesia or sedation, and any additional treatment that becomes necessary.
- Related services — such as exams, X-rays and imaging, extractions, bone grafts, temporary teeth, sedation and follow-up visits — may be charged separately unless the price states that they are included.
- Your fee is confirmed only in a written treatment plan and estimate provided after your examination. If your treatment plan changes, your fee may change.
- A written treatment plan estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless treatment under that plan has started within those 30 days. After that, we may need to examine you again, take new X-rays or imaging, and update your treatment plan and fees, because your dental condition and our fees can change over time.
- Published prices are honored for the dates shown with them; after those dates they may change. Prices are minimum starting fees, and your exact fee is in your written treatment plan. Insurance benefits, deductibles and co-payments vary by plan and are not guaranteed.
- Monthly payment amounts are examples that assume approval by a third-party financing provider on the terms stated. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender.
Promotions and Coupons
- Promotions are valid only during the dates shown, for the services described, and for eligible patients as stated in the offer's terms.
- Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers or with insurance benefits, are limited to one per patient, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
- We may change or end a promotion at any time. A change does not affect a written treatment plan issued to you while that plan is still valid.
- A promotion or coupon is not a promise that a particular treatment will be provided. Eligibility and treatment are determined after an examination.
Errors
Despite our care, the Website may contain typographical or pricing errors. We are not bound by an incorrect price and will correct errors when we find them.
5. Treatment Decisions
All treatment is provided at the professional discretion of our licensed dentists. Information on this Website, an online estimate, a coupon or a booked appointment does not guarantee that a particular procedure will be performed.
- Treatment is recommended only after an examination and a review of your medical history.
- We may decline to accept a new patient, or to begin or continue any treatment or procedure — including sedation — when, in our dentists' professional judgment, it is not in your best interest, not appropriate for your health, or outside the scope of our office.
- If you have a significant medical condition — for example heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes or blood pressure, a bleeding disorder, current or past cancer treatment (including radiation to the head or neck or certain bone medications), or a recent hospitalization or surgery — we may require written medical clearance from your physician before treatment, ask you to have the condition addressed first, or refer you to another provider or specialist.
- When a procedure is outside the scope of our office, or a condition needs a specialist's care, we may refer you to another provider.
- We do not end care for a current patient except for clinical or professional reasons — usually by referring you to a specialist — or, rarely, when conduct threatens the safety of our patients or staff. In those cases we provide the written notice required by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and remain available for emergency care during the notice period.
- These decisions are made for clinical, safety and professional reasons only. We do not refuse care because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law. See our Nondiscrimination Notice.
- Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
