Before you come
Practical questions.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Calling (832) 831-9101 before you leave helps us prepare and usually shortens your wait. We are closed on Sunday.
Where do I park?
There is free surface parking directly in front of Suite K at 9801 Bissonnet St, with step-free access to the entrance.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of the medications you take, and — for emergencies — any broken pieces of a tooth, crown or denture.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Use the “Text our coordinator” button and leave your mobile number; our coordinator will text you back during office hours. For severe pain, swelling or trauma, calling is fastest.
