Because the drive takes a little planning, we encourage Mission Bend patients to phone before leaving home. A quick call lets us confirm a same-day opening, ask about swelling or fever, and have imaging ready. Weekday hours run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, which helps families who would rather not miss work or school. Most PPO plans are accepted, and financing is available for larger treatment.

Everything we treat in an emergency

Local questions

Mission Bend emergency questions.

How should I plan the trip from Mission Bend?
Allow roughly 18 minutes, more during weekday rush hour on Bellaire Blvd or Beechnut St. Calling (832) 831-9101 before you leave lets us check availability and tell you whether to come right away. Bring your ID, insurance card and a list of medications so check-in moves quickly.
What if my face is swelling from a tooth infection?
Swelling from an abscess should be seen the same day. We can examine the area, take X-rays and begin treatment, which may mean draining the infection or removing the tooth, depending on what the images show. If swelling makes it hard to breathe, swallow or open your eyes, go to a hospital emergency room immediately.
Are you open on Sundays for Mission Bend residents?
No, the office is closed on Sunday. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with walk-ins welcome during those times. If pain starts late Saturday, rinse with warm salt water, take an over-the-counter pain reliever as the label directs, and call us first thing Monday.
