Our Commitment

We welcome every patient. We do not refuse care because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Decisions about treatment are made only for clinical, safety and professional reasons — see Treatment Decisions in our Terms.

Free Help We Provide

Texas Dental Center provides, free of charge and in a timely manner:

• Reasonable modifications and appropriate auxiliary aids and services for people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats and other formats).
• Language assistance services for people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

How to File a Grievance

If you believe that Texas Dental Center has failed to provide these services or has discriminated against you in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator:

You can file a grievance in person, by mail or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Section 1557 Coordinator is available to help you. We will not retaliate against anyone who files a grievance or complaint.
